Jessica is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in strength training, nutrition and wellness. She has been strength training for 20 years and is committed to inspiring others to fall in love with it because of its health benefits. She is passionate about helping people set goals, devising a sound plan to accomplish those goals and then working closely with her clients to achieve those goals.  Not only can she instruct you on proper form and technique, she is dedicated to helping you understand how to plan your own training so that you can achieve results on your own.
