Club Barbell is an independently owned and operated gym. John & Jessica are both passionate about weight-lifting, bodybuilding and self-improvement. Together they want to provide fellow fitness enthusiasts and newcomers a great atmosphere to lift weights and surpass fitness goals. John is a former physical training instructor with over 25 years in weight-lifting experience and a Strongman & Physique Competitor. Jessica is an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer, Strongwoman & Figure Competitor, former U.S. Marine and has over 20 years of weight training experience.
